It is amazing how many women search for herbs to drink or natural remedies to try, but are not aware of or choose to ignore the role diet plays in healing blocked fallopian tubes naturally. When I mention this, some brush it off, while a few take it seriously.
In September 2021, a lady in Ghana, a member of one of the largest Facebook fertility groups I belonged to, reached out to me privately after reading some of my posts and comments. She admitted she had been following my teachings for a while and confessed that she had tried everything she knew — herbs, supplements, Serrapeptase, and even Chinese teas like xixiancao and yimucao — but nothing worked.
As we chatted, I asked about her diet, and here she was completely absent. She hadn’t been watching it. At the time, she was battling PCOS and hydrosalpinx.
However about Nine months later, she missed her period and tested positive for pregnancy. Sadly, she had a miscarriage. But today, as I write this, she is a happy mother to a beautiful baby boy.
The moral of this story? Diet can sometimes determine whether natural remedies work or not. If your diet is in check, natural remedies are far more likely to succeed. If it is not, the same remedies may bring little or no results.

In March 2020, I began my research on natural remedies for blocked fallopian tubes. One thing quickly became clear: diet plays a vital role in the healing process.
Many sources revealed that certain foods — especially sugars, refined carbohydrates, and processed oils — trigger inflammation. And inflammation makes it harder for the fallopian tubes to heal.
I came across an article by Wellness expert Sarah Jane Sandy that strongly emphasized the need for an anti-inflammatory diet when using natural remedies.She recommended eliminating refined sugars, processed oils, conventional dairy, and adding in greens, turmeric, and ginger — as part of a natural healing plan for blocked fallopian tubes.
That message stayed with me. Since then, I have consistently advised women seeking to unblock their fallopian tubes naturally to modify their diet alongside other therapies.
Why Diet Matters for Blocked Fallopian Tubes
Inflammation is one of the leading causes of scar tissue (adhesions) and recurrent infections, both of which can block the fallopian tubes. When the body is overloaded with unhealthy sugars, processed oils, and refined carbs, it feeds this inflammation and slows down healing.
On the other hand, when these foods are reduced or eliminated, the body begins to repair itself more effectively. The right diet strengthens the immune system, reduces internal swelling, and allows natural therapies such as herbs and physical therapy to work better.
Scientific studies suggest that diets high in pro-inflammatory foods are linked with higher infertility rates. In a recent large-study of 4,400+ women, pro-inflammatory diets raised infertility risk by 1.76× compared to anti-inflammatory diets.
Other reviews show that foods like turmeric (curcumin) help reduce reproductive inflammation. Although we don’t yet have research proving diet alone can reopen blocked tubes, combining a healthy anti-inflammatory diet with natural remedies and therapies improves fertility outcomes and may help with tubal healing.
Real-Life Results From Diet and Natural Healing
Over the years, I’ve worked with women who had tried laparoscopic surgeries, repeated medical treatments, and numerous remedies without success. Yet, once they combined a healthy diet with natural healing methods, their tubes opened. Many of these women conceived naturally — including two who were already in their early 40s.
Their success showed me that food isn’t just fuel. It can either work against the body’s healing or create the right environment for recovery.

Certain foods are strictly discouraged. Sweetened drinks, ice creams, processed snacks, fried foods, and sugary beverages are all prohibited because they fuel inflammation and slow down the healing process.

Instead, I encourage women to try juicing with fresh green vegetables such as spinach, kale, Jute, Water leaf, Dandelion or Cucumber. The natural compounds and antioxidants in these vegetables work at a cellular level, supporting detoxification and repair.
Positive Changes After Diet Adjustments
What’s inspiring is that after just a few weeks of following these diet changes — combined with herbs and physical therapy — many women begin to notice positive shifts. They feel lighter, healthier, and more energetic.
Some even observe reduced discharge or less pelvic pain, both signs that the body is moving toward balance. Interestingly, most women who report these early improvements eventually go on to experience the ultimate breakthrough: their fallopian tubes open, and natural conception becomes possible.

This was the case with the lady from Ghana, mentioned at the outset who overcame hydrosalpinx through a combination of dietary changes, herbal teas, and physical therapy — and is now a proud mother after many years of failed attempts with other treatments.
So never neglect your diet when trying to unblock your tubes — it could be the missing link to your success.
