Many women living with Hydrosalpinx often feel trapped between recurring discharge, pain, and discouraging fertility results. But healing is possible — naturally and safely — when you understand how to manage it from the inside out.
In this post, I’ll show you step by step how to stop the discharge, clear out the toxic fluids, and support your tubes to heal and open naturally — just as several women I’ve worked with have done successfully.
How to Stop Hydrosalpinx Discharge
Hydrosalpinx discharge occurs when accumulated toxic fluid from the fallopian tubes leaks out through the uterus and vagina. This discharge often looks watery, sometimes yellowish, and may have an unpleasant smell.
Many women want to stop this discharge immediately, but the truth is—it doesn’t stop overnight, even when you take the right steps. The first thing to do is eliminate dietary sources of sugar and refined carbohydrates. These foods feed the harmful organisms responsible for the discharge and worsen inflammation in the tubes.
When you shift from a sugar- or carbohydrate-rich diet to a healthier, vegetable-based diet, you create the right internal environment for healing. Over time, this dietary change helps reduce inflammation, slow down fluid buildup, and minimize leaks naturally.
However, to completely stop the discharge, all the fluids and waste accumulated in the tubes must be flushed out. (More on this in the section before the last.) Interestingly, you cannot successfully flush out the tubes if you don’t know how to manage Hydrosalpinx properly—hence the next section: How to Manage Hydrosalpinx.

How to Manage Hydrosalpinx Naturally
How do you manage Hydrosalpinx naturally? There are many ideas on the internet for managing Hydrosalpinx. However, I will share with you the way I help women successfully manage it, conceive, and deliver.
The foundation for success when using natural remedies to heal Hydrosalpinx is the same point I mentioned in the first subheading:.diet Your diet must be anti-inflammatory in nature, not inflammatory.
✅ Eat:
- Green veggies
- Non-sweet fruits
- Protein-rich foods
⚠️ Avoid or limit:
- Carbohydrates (limit intake to once a day, preferably morning or afternoon)
If you can do this, you’ve already solved 50% of the problem.
Take Herbal Teas
Once you master what to eat and what to avoid, the next step is to have herbal teas on hand and take them daily.
You will need at least two different types of herbal teas. I typically use three to four herbal teas, which I recommend in stages for the women in my private program. Note that the herbal teas can be any effective ones you already have or know about.
One of the most popular herbal teas is Combo — which I wrote about.
- Take the teas twice a day.
- After two weeks, if you have another herbal tea or concoction, switch to that and use it for two weeks—especially if it is specially prepared for infection.
One of the most important benefits of herbal teas is that they help with detoxification. Herbs flush out toxins by cleansing the lymphatic system and liver.
Also, take special herbs that target pathogens without damaging the tubes, such as:
- Curculigo pilosa
- Citrullus colocynthis
- Ageratum conyzoides
- Kigelia africana
Take Up Pelvic Therapy
When it comes to following natural remedies for Hydrosalpinx, the vast majority of women focus on what they can drink right away to solve the problem.
Yes, while it is true that drinking fertility teas may help manage certain conditions, when it comes to Hydrosalpinx, that approach alone never works.
Herbs by themselves are not enough to overcome the problems caused by bacterial organisms and inflammation. The body needs much more than herbs—that’s why I started with diet, moved to herbs, and now to pelvic therapy.
You must learn about:
- Castor oil packs
- Fertility massage
- Moderate yoga exercises
These help stimulate blood flow. Watch videos on these and apply what you learn at least once weekly.

Fertility Cleansing During Periods
During your monthly period, you can:
- Make teas from cinnamon, ginger, and fenugreek and drink them from the third day of your period.
OR - Make tea from ginger, nettle, and rosemary and take it twice daily from the first day of your period.
If you are doing fertility cleansing during your period, do it only for the first two months and stop. Wait until the fifth and sixth months to repeat the process.
Regular Monitoring
Keep your stress levels low, get enough sleep at night, and track your symptoms — pain, discharge, and cycle regularity — to gauge progress.
Pay attention to how your body reacts or changes. These are often the most important signs to look out for when healing is underway. Your mood and outlook may also change positively.
Now, with the effort you are putting into diet, herbal teas, pelvic therapy, and fertility cleansing, you have already set your body on the path to healing.
However, we still have two more problems to solve. Do you know what they are?
They are the retained fluids and solid wastes inside the tubes. These do not naturally go away, even with all the above steps. So how can you solve these challenges?
Find out in the next section, which says...
How to Clear Out Fluids and Discharge from Your Tubes
I learned this from a client with a tough case of Hydrosalpinx. For months, I approached her treatment the same way I did for clients with adhesions. I once read about Sitz bath therapy in an Iranian study published in a journal on successful traditional treatment of Hydrosalpinx.
While I couldn’t lay my hands on many of the herbs used in preparing the Sitz bath, I was able to formulate a recipe. Each time this client did the Sitz bath, the water color would change to brown.
In time, she fell ill and was rushed to the hospital for treatment. Along the line, she traveled once for another treatment suggested by her husband and came back with some herbs—one of which was a strong laxative.
I carefully observed the effect it had on her and quickly imbibed this herbal method into my Hydrosalpinx treatment. From this point onward, I started recording success upon success helping women deal with Hydrosalpinx.
So, if you want to get rid of the fluids and solid bacterial wastes contained in the fallopian tubes, take a strong natural laxative once a week.
When I put women through this protocol, they purge a lot of substances from their bodies — from water to pus, mucus, tissue fragments, smelly discharges of different colors, and even rope-like substances. They continue to purge these out until none are released.
This process takes about 6–12 weeks.
The purging helps remove the fluids and bacterial buildup from the tubes. Interestingly, when the women use the toilet, their stool will have one color while the materials mixed with it will have completely different colors — cream, yellow, red, or dark brown — showing that these materials are not coming from the same source as the stool.
Once these clear out over time, the tubes become free to open.
⚠️ Note:
What can you try to flush out the fluids and wastes via purging? Here, I will remain silent because of the health risks or implications associated with severe purging.
Look around or ask any herbal practitioner for a safe herbal purge you can take at least once a week to thoroughly flush your system of hidden bacterial wastes.

Factors That Limit Healing of Tubes Affected by Hydrosalpinx
Several factors can delay or completely prevent healing:
- Eating the wrong foods that worsen infection and inflammation
- Age
- Body chemistry
- Extent of fluid and waste buildup in the tubes
- Presence of active infection such as PID
- Persistent infection from resistant bacteria or reinfection from a partner
- Already damaged fallopian tube(s)
- Inability to follow through with the treatment plan
- Women not willing to wait patiently for their bodies to heal
- Jumping from one treatment to another and finishing none
- Adhesions and scarring that block circulation and hinder tube repair
- Presence of other health issues like fibroids, PCOS, or endometriosis
- Hormonal imbalances that disrupt tissue regeneration
Addressing some of these barriers may determine whether complete healing of the fallopian tubes is possible or not.
How Long Does It Take to Heal Tubes Affected by Hydrosalpinx
Healing time depends on the severity, cause, and how consistent your natural therapy is.
- Mild cases may show improvement within 3-6 months.
- Moderate to severe cases often need 6–9 months(or longer)of continuous detox, anti-inflammatory, and regenerative care.
Remember: it is not just about unblocking the tubes but restoring their natural function so conception can occur.
You Must Remove Fluids and Discharge from Tubes Before Hydrosalpinx Resolves Naturally
In my years of experience helping women deal successfully with Hydrosalpinx, this is the most crucial principle in Hydrosalpinx treatment. The toxic fluid inside the tube is what keeps the inflammation alive.
Unless this fluid is flushed out, the tube remains swollen and non-functional. This I have experienced over and over again.
Once you start using laxative herbs to purge your system, you may or may not notice an increase in watery discharge temporarily — this is a positive sign that the tubes are releasing the fluid. Continue supportive herbs and therapies until the discharge stops completely.
Has Anyone Conceived Naturally After Hydrosalpinx Treatment?
Yes. I can gladly say five women who I used the above ideas for conceived. Four delivered while the fifth is currently pregnant. Total count of women I helped resolved their hydrosalpinx using the ideas expressed in this post, in last 5 years are 13.
Besides my experience, many women Globally have conceived naturally after healing from Hydrosalpinx using herbal and non-surgical methods.
The key is complete healing — eating right, taking herbs, practicing pelvic therapy, fertility cleansing, and lastly, purging your system to get rid of hidden bacterial wastes and toxic fluids so that the body can heal naturally.
