Traditionally valued in African herbal practices, alligator pepper supports circulation and reduces internal stagnation—factors often emphasized in traditional approaches to long-standing reproductive concerns.

Ginger warms the body, improves circulation, and supports digestion. Efficient digestion and nutrient absorption play an important role in hormone balance.

How to use them: Cook with these spices daily—soups, stews, sauces, vegetables, and proteins. Consistency matters more than quantity. Add them in very small amounts, either fresh or in powder forms. More does not always mean better

The spices and fruits above are my favorite fertility tea recipe for over 5;years now.

Each component contributes supportive properties related to circulation, immune balance, inflammation management, and overall wellness. The tea prepared from these spices can be taken twice daily*—first thing in the morning before meals, and again at night before sleep.

I regularly recommend these spices for preparing fertility-supportive teas to women in my private program, members of my WhatsApp group, and individuals who reach out to me through social media. One of the advantages of these spices is that they are affordable and widely available, whether in fresh or powdered form. As a woman makes effort to learn the new habits of cooking with anti-inflammatory spices, which  makes her diet as healthy and anti-inflammatory as possible, she must also learn how to apply same spices for fertility teas. Your kitchen can quietly become a place of healing.
