When a woman has tried everything she can to unblock her fallopian tubes for years, yet nothing seems to work, it's easy to lose hope.
Read this post to discover how a woman who had almost given up found a reason to rejoice when God blessed her in an unexpected way.
A Woman I Never Personally Guided
I want to share an experience that happened in my Hydrosalpinx (WhatsApp) support group recently — not because I did anything special, but because it accidentally proved a point I've been making for years without realizing I had this good an example of it.
I don't personally know this woman. In fact, she lives in another country. We've never spoken one-on-one online. She joined the group back in 2023, quietly, the way a lot of women do — unsure if any of it would work, but willing to try because the alternative was giving up.
I kept posting what I always post: information on natural remedies and recipes, testimonials, encouragement etc. She read it, took what she needed, and acted entirely on her own. I had no idea she was even trying anything until she posted her update — I wasn't guiding her, wasn't aware of her case, wasn't in her corner cheering her on day by day. She simply applied what she learned, quietly, without the admin (me) ever knowing.
The Update That Made Me Stop and Think
Recently, she wrote this in the group:
"I joined this group 2023 with no hope, I was like let me try. But now I'm 5 months gone I couldn't even believe it myself."
When I (Efe) asked what she'd done, her answer was simple. Her tubes were closed. Doctors had told her IVF was the route to take, but she didn't have the resources for it. So she turned to castor oil — and used it consistently, as she put it, "like it became my everyday oil."
Five months pregnant. Confirmed, celebrated, congratulated by other women in the group who've walked the same road.
The Part That Actually Matters
Here's what makes this story worth writing about, beyond the pregnancy itself.
In that same WhatsApp group, I know several women who once had adhesions or hydrosalpinx and are now mothers, or expecting (with one still trying to conceive). Unlike this woman, those women didn't act alone — they signed up for my private program, and I guided them online, every single day, until they got the outcome they wanted.
So here's the comparison worth sitting with: one group of women got there with daily, guided support. Another got there — this woman, quietly, invisibly — with no guidance at all, just consistent daily application of what she'd picked up from the group.
Different paths. Same result.
What Every Success Story Has in Common
That tells me something important, and it's this post: your effort matters alot.
Organized, consistent, daily application of the right approach is what produces the outcome. Guidance just makes it easier and less lonely to stay consistent — it removes the guesswork and the wondering if you're doing it "right." But it's not the magic ingredient. The magic ingredient, if there is one, is showing up for your own body every day and not stopping.
I'm not writing this to tell you castor oil "cures" blocked tubes, or that it worked for her because of some mechanism I can prove. I don't know her full case history, her diagnosis details, or what else may have shifted for her during that time. What I do know is what she reported, in her own words, to a room full of women who've been exactly where she was — and that her result sits comfortably alongside the results of women I guided personally, every day, for months.
Although she joined the WhatsApp group in 2023 feeling completely hopeless, God came through for her around May 2025—just when she least expected it. It was the result of roughly 12–16 months of faithfully applying natural remedies and staying consistent, even when there was no immediate sign that anything was changing.
You don't have to take my word for it. Read through the other testimonials on this blog, then come back and read hers. Line them up next to each other. What you'll notice isn't that one group had access to me and one didn't — it's that every single one of them did something, consistently, over time, in an organized way. That's the pattern. That's what's replicable.

A Note on Castor Oil
If you're considering castor oil packs as part of your own approach, a few things worth knowing:
- It's traditionally used as an external pack over the lower abdomen, not typically ingested.
- Consistency seems to matter more than quantity, based on what women in my community report — which lines up with everything above.
- It should be avoided during active pregnancy attempts once you suspect conception, and isn't recommended during menstruation by some practitioners.
- It's not a substitute for ruling out serious structural issues — if you have severe adhesions or complex hydrosalpinx, please still involve a doctor in monitoring your case.
To the Women Reading This With No Hope Right Now
Kumbi joined with no hope. She said so herself. And I think a lot of you reading this are in that exact place tonight — scrolling through blogs at 11pm, wondering if anything will ever work for your body.
I can't promise you a specific outcome. But I can tell you this: whether you do it alone, learning quietly from what's freely posted here and in the group, or you want someone walking with you daily until you get there — the outcome has never actually depended on which of those two you choose. It's depended on whether you stayed consistent.
Why I Continue Sharing These Stories
Kumbi joined with no hope. She said so herself. I think many of you reading this may be in that same place tonight—scrolling through blogs late at night, wondering whether anything will ever work for your body.
I can't promise you a specific outcome. But I can tell you this: whether you choose to learn on your own from the free information shared on this blog and in the WhatsApp group, or you prefer someone to guide you along the way, what matters most is staying consistent and not giving up.
Stories like Kumbi's are why that WhatsApp group has meant so much to me over the years. It's a small community where women dealing with tubal blockage have found encouragement, shared experiences, and supported one another—often quietly and at their own pace, just as she did.
These days, most of my time goes into writing and publishing articles on this blog so that more women around the world can access the information freely. I'm not as active in the WhatsApp group as I once was—life gets busy with work, ministry, and family responsibilities. But whenever members ask questions, leave comments, or need my attention, I'm always happy to respond.
My hope is that the knowledge I've gained over the years, together with stories like this one, will encourage more women facing blocked fallopian tubes to keep learning, keep hoping, and keep moving forward.
On this blog, I've shared everything I've learned about natural approaches that may support women dealing with blocked fallopian tubes. Many of the topics I used to discuss in Facebook groups and in my WhatsApp community are already covered here, and many more articles are still on the way.
If you have a question, leave it in the comments. I read them personally and will do my best to respond.
I'm also working on ebooks on how to resolve hydrosalpinx and pelvic adhesions naturally, drawing on years of research, observation, and experience helping women become moms.
Some women assume they need a lot of money before they can begin exploring natural approaches. Yet, as Kumbi's story shows, something as simple and affordable as castor oil therapy can become part of a broader self-care routine.
If you're dealing with blocked fallopian tubes, hydrosalpinx, or pelvic adhesions and want to learn more about the natural approaches women commonly explore alongside medical care, browse the articles on this blog—and keep an eye out for the upcoming ebooks.
